Customer Relations Coordinator Bulgaria - Industrial Consumables We are a dynamic and expanding company in the industrial products and consumables market.
We have a young team and are looking for new colleagues to join us in our expansion story. We are expanding our network in Bulgaria, If you have sales experience in the industrial sector (experience in the lubricants area is a plus) and are a responsible, punctual, and proactive person, come have a chat with us We are seeking a full time colleague that will lead the expansion in Bulgaria and serve the already existing customers. The role is designed for individuals with self drive that are seeking future leadership positions as country manager/lead. The job is designed to be a stepping stone for the country's lead role.
Your role…
● Develop and manage the customer portfolio in your assigned area, building solid and lasting relationships.
● Provide customers with technical and commercial support regarding the products distributed by Industrial Seals And Rolls.
● Take orders and requests for quotes/prices.
● Deliver orders to customers. (If/when needed)
● Ensure that the products delivered to the customer were the best solution and estimate the degree of customer satisfaction.
● Identify the main purchase criteria (price, quality, promptness) for each customer.
● Collect and deliver the payment instrument (or, where applicable, communicate the payment term) for each invoice.
● Prepares sales report (based on invoices) and activity report (based on delegation orders) and enters the data into the customer management software.
● Reports any loss of customers or sales.
● Reports weekly information on the market, customers, and competition.
● Participates in training to foster growth and increase the knowledge base
● Proposes strategies for market or product development in general.
● Promotes a positive image of the company in the assigned area.
● Ensures the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
● Ensures strict implementation of the sales policy in Bulgaria
Requirements:
● Previous experience in sales or customer relations.
● Solid knowledge of products in the lubricants and industrial consumables industry.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Results-oriented and attention to detail.
● Category B driver's license.
